That's right....Global has changed up the Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday format! Big Brother Canada 3 will air every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, beginning Monday, March 23 2015.

• The house has been renovated. Yes, The Brick is still a sponsor. Or maybe the S2 HGs totally wrecked the decor. No, they just want to keep it fresh.
• Side Show with Arisa Cox, Gary Levy and Peter Brown.(with a new hour long format) will air at 10 PM Thursdays on Slice, beginning March 26.
• After Dark will air on Slice every night 3 AM to 6 AM.
• Live Feeds will STILL BE FREE.
• The schedule is: Mondays at 8 PM; Wednesdays at 9 PM; and Sundays at 7 PM.

The premiere date is about 2 weeks later than last year. My guess is Global didn't want 2 feet of snow

around the hot tub like last year. Just kidding.

Another guess is eviction nights will be on Wednesdays. This would allow the recently evicted to appear the next night on Side Show, something that was seriously lacking last year. It's also needed to fill that hour long format so we don't get 60 minutes of Gary and Peter's narcissistic droning.

Global is also promoting showmances, which is not surprising considering the winners of the first two seasons were involved in a showmance. Let's face it...they weren't just involved in one, but their wins depended heavily on their showmance. Still....I wish they would just stop. Please.

So we are just waiting on 3 things. The highly anticipated cast reveal is of course number one. Second is the tour of the house. But come on Global...get with it. UPDATE YOUR DAMN OFFICIAL SHOW SITE!!!

What does this all mean? Well, these are the people who we will see either get a white apron or be shown the door. Getting a white apron basically means the judges say, "Meh. You can obviously boil water. Your presentation dish doesn't make me want to gag." We will meet them all in the first two episodes (the audition episodes), February 8th and 15th.

Originally scheduled to premiere on February 8th, CTV has just announced it will begin Sunday, February 1, immediately following the Superbowl - whenever that will be. Episode 2 will air February 8.

MasterChef Canada 2

MasterChef Canada Season 2 will debut a whole new crop of home cooks on Sunday February 8th, 2015 at 7 PM ET.

UPDATE: CTV just announced they have bumped up the premiere to Sunday February 1st, right after the Superbowl. That's good news. February 8th was just too big of a TV night....The Walking Dead, Talking Dead and Last Week Tonight With John Oliver are my first priorities.

SYTTDC Premieres January 7th, 2015

Okay first off, don't confuse SYTTDC for SYTYCDC and think network producers have heard Rex Harrington's plea for a new job as a dance judge. Any acronym over 3 letters is on the fast track to the "I don't give a shit" pile, because nobody has time for that.

This is Say Yes to the Dress Canada, and it premières Wednesday, January 7 at 10 PM. on the W Network. This is the Canadian version of the TLC show (strike one) which is basically a 30 minute scratch that...20 minute without commercials, primetime commercial (strike two) for brides-to-be, their mothers, and their entourage (strike three). Well if truth be told, the W Network should have been strike one. I will probably watch the premiere and may even write a recap, but I am hoping for an excuse like having laundry to do. Besides, The Book of Negroes premiere is on CBC just before this. Now there is a show everyone should be watching.
